Keymer enables clients to engage stakeholders and influencers with clarity and precision — analyzing audiences, developing insight, crafting messages, and communicating them across channels to create real world effects.
Targeted programs that drive influence and protect reputations.
Keymer develops comprehensive strategies that enable you to effectively manage the issues that shape your social, political, and regulatory environment. We design and deploy campaigns that neutralize those who oppose you and bring your influence to bear on your stakeholders.
Whether you are growing a business or tackling an issue, corporate reputation can be the difference between success and failure. We help businesses and others organize to protect and nurture their reputation, support their brand, and increase their valuation.
The way your organization reacts to unforeseen events can have huge implications for your reputation, your ability to operate and your responsibilities towards your employees and your communities.
Keymer conceives, designs, and exercises crisis handling plans that protect your assets and safeguard your reputation — and deploys rapidly for organizations taken by surprise, working with senior teams to set a course out of the crisis.
Emerging markets, regional instability, and the influence of dangerous extremists present unique communications challenges for organizations across the world. Keymer has the specialized training, skills and experience needed to design and implement strategic communications plans in support of public diplomacy, military operations and business development activities wherever they are needed.
We offer research, training, and support services aimed at enabling our clients to equip themselves appropriately for issues management.
At Keymer, we believe in the power of integration.
We see influencer outreach — media, think tanks, analysts — as our core business, but set strategies that target your stakeholders through mutually-supporting engagement channels, their cumulative effect preplanned and aligned with your wider objectives.
We begin with a client’s wider objectives and set communications goals that align closely with them. Only when we have clearly identified the effect our communications must have on each target audience do we decide on the tactics to employ.
Whether you are enhancing reputation, driving sales, or influencing policy, you must know exactly who to talk to and why you matter to them. Our rigorous Target Audience Analysis procedure audits your stakeholders — mass audiences or individual opinion formers — and grounds meaningful strategies to engage them.
A robust, creative procedure aimed at building a multi-functional platform that distils complex ideas and powerfully communicates your positioning in the marketplace or on an issue. Where needed, we test, through straw polling industry professionals and journalists, formal surveys, and focus groups.
Our planning process identifies the channels we use to achieve our planned effects. This might involve mass media advertising or more subtle digital communications, news and opinion media, online, broadcast and print, in your own voice, via third-parties or through new coalitions or existing ones.
Measuring effect is crucial to the effective deployment of a strategy. At Keymer, we believe that the only way to measure the success of a communications program is against the effect you desire. This moves us beyond press clippings, and the ubiquitous newswire print-out.
